Responsibilities
- Responsible for service delivery performance by interacting with the service operations team, internal delivery unit, external service providers, etc.
- Plan, implement and optimize processes in E2E services according to E.ON group standards (e.g. SIAM) and take front-to-end process responsibility
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with DT and business stakeholders within Energy Markets
- Responsible for ensuring transparency, process compliance & smooth delivery in day to day operational process with set of KPIs
- Coordinate with E.ON central teams for changes related to service management process or tools & ensuring smooth on-boarding of new processes/applications
- Responsible for audit topics within EMDT & lead/coordinate improvement initiatives around it and responsible within EMDT for liaising with external vendors & E.ON sourcing and procurement functions
- Supporting end-to-end management of critical incidents (Severity 1 or 2) or potential critical incidents across all services/regions within the scope of EMDT
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or comparable education, ideally advanced or intermediate ITIL certification
- Experience in an IT Service Management organization within an enterprise scale, multi-site environment, ITIL Foundation in Service Management
- Solid operational knowledge working in application support & issue resolution; project management experience is a plus
- Good understanding of audit process & Internal Control System (ICS) frameworks
- Integrative personality with a willingness to establish and develop close relationships within and outside the unit
- Excellent English language skills, spoken and written; fluency in German or other languages is a plus
