Next Gen ERP is BCG's holistic approach to help our clients create value from the complex, costly and long-wheeled core system program in a rapidly changing world. We re-connect these programs to value: growth, process agility, data availability and sustainability. We use the Data & Digital Platform (DDP) thinking to design ERP implementations and migrations that secure incremental transition leveraging DDP and unlock clients' data - which typically sits within the core - for the realization of digital use cases. We enable our clients, helping them build the capability to own their core and create sustainable performance.
