Project Manager (f/m/d) - Supply Chain Innovation

Your Responsibilities

• As Project Manager, you will drive important Group wide projects with global impact
• You will be working hand-in-hand with the top management team on executive level
• Take active project ownership, provide operational leadership and ensure excellent results in costs and efficiency
• You will analyze complex issues facing the energy sector and those specific to supply chain and develop solution approaches
• Ensure a targeted project management, bearing responsibility for quality of content and ensuring that the important milestones are reached
• You will structure and design our most important presentations and present your results to the senior management

Your Qualifications

• You have a top-grade master's degree in your pocket - we also welcome additional qualifications (PHD or MBA)
• You have already gained at least three years' relevant work experience with a consulting or supply chain background
• Experience in international projects and equipped with high project management expertise
• Outstanding analytical competence coupled with strong process and problem-solving skills
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for a creative and innovative solution thinking
• A high resilience, even in challenging situations, you are prepared to manage risks and take ownership
• You inspire your customers through your superior conduct and target-oriented communication approach
• Willingness to actively drive change in the organization and to actively search for new solutions
• You are fluent in English and German
