Product Manager Public Charging DACH - eMobility (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Be responsible for managing and growing E.ON s global public charging offer (EMP product/E.ON Drive GmbH) in Germany and Austria (roaming and partner management, steering and monitoring of operations and billing in close collaboration with the respective local and global teams)
• Identify, negotiate and onboard relevant CPOs in the DACH region (technical connection, contract negotiation, annual review)
• Set-up and manage a quality assurance process to monitor CPO performance and increase quality
• Develop and manage customer centric features with regard to specific tariffs and digital features for B2C and B2B customers (fleet business) based on customer insights and competitive benchmarks
• Create and launch bundle charging offers (e.g. with hardware and energy supply contracts) together with our propositions team

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable
• Proven knowledge and experience in the field of public charging solutions especially from a technology view (e.g. hardware, backends, connectivity)
• Strategic thinker with commercial expertise and experience in cross-country operations
• Entrepreneurial and strong growth mindset with intrinsic drive to create new business and structures and transform existing business towards future readiness
• Extended problem-solving skills with a 'can-do' results-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English and German
