The Commercial Excellence Sr. Analyst will join BCG's Business Development and Commercial Function - led by the Chief Commercial Officer. The team acts as internal consultants, tackling strategic initiatives to help further BCG's thinking and approach toward Business Development.

As a Commercial Excellence Sr. Analyst, you will drive analyses and insights that will guide decision-making across four programs, (1) Building world-class client relationships (2) Proposal development and pitching (3) BCG's commercial L&D, and (4) The Future CCO (Client Coordinating Officer).

This role is highly visible as you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including but not limited to, regional Commercial Excellence teams, Consulting teams, People Team, L&D, PA leadership, Finance, and Marketing.

Commercial Excellence agenda execution

  • Support discussions by conducting analyses and preparing discussion documents with key stakeholders from key functions, such as, People Team, PAs, Marketing, L&D, and regional Commercial Excellence teams

  • Support capturing and sharing best practices across regions and PAs

  • Collect and analyze data/feedback from running programs

  • Set up and deploy surveys for Account Teams


Contribute and participate in other global Commercial Excellence initiatives

  • Support content development of new concepts, guidelines, tools, and programs for other global topics outside of Commercial Excellence as needed

  • Support global Commercial Excellence meetings, BCG leadership meetings including Executive Committee meetings and other stakeholder meetings

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Core BCG consulting skill set, incl. quantitative analysis, problem-solving, storytelling, etc.

  • Self-starter and strong relationship builder

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Displays consideration and respect for others and puts team success ahead of personal opinion

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities while working in a virtual team

  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Preferred 3+ years' experience in management consulting or other professional services firm; BCG consulting experience strongly preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and credibility - collaborative, team player with strong work ethic and service excellence orientation

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, marketing or related field

  • Strong skills in Windows Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
